More Design Options: set Search Button image or text, Margins, and Logo Text!
PicoSearch is pragmatic, responding to customer needs and requests. Here are some more handy design options that you may have been wishing for:
- Set Search Button image or text
The default search button is the grey browser rectangle with the word "Search" in the language you chose for your results. Now you can customize the text of the button, or even use your own image instead of a button entirely! See the new Page Design section under the Designing topics in your account manager.
- Set Margin and Width
Both Free and paying accounts may set the width of the search results, either in absolute pixels or as percentage of the screen. (Of course paying accounts can do this and more with their templates anyway). Free accounts may now also set the left margin of their results page. - Set Logo Text
PicoSearch Free accounts attract many internet newbies, and why shouldn't they? Easy and powerful stuff. Now you can just type in some header text for your results page instead of even having to make a logo image, just in case that is difficult for you.
