Index additional File Formats!
Professional and Premium Accounts Only. PicoSearch has always been able to index the contents of any web page which comes to it as "text/plain" or "text/html" by the HTTP standard. But now by popular demand, PicoSearch can also index the textual contents of the complex document types as well, including the following: MS Word, MS Excel, RTF, PDF, and PostScript. (The extensions associated with these types are, respectively, .doc, .xls, .rtf, .pdf, and .ps )
Just select for each of these file types individually in your account manager, in the Additional File Formats section of your indexing controls. For full details on the latest file types that PicoSearch can search, read our FAQ.
