Professional and Premium Accounts Only. Entry points are the discrete URLs which the indexer uses to commence indexing. All links are then followed from the entry points under the account's link restrictions settings, so entry points are a great way to target your search engine and reign it in. Your content depends on your choice of entry points.
Free Plan users must make do with just 3 entry points, so this pretty much restricts them to the searching of a single website. But our Professional and Premium Plan customers can cobble together specialty search engines for any number of discrete websites, by exercising their ability to add unlimited entry points to their accounts! This is a powerful feature, so please enjoy.
Your acccount manager will accept entry points in multiples of five, so your index will become limited only to the total number of pages allowed for your plan. And if you do exceed your page limit, you can upgrade at any time - just contact us for an essentially linear pricing model!
