All accounts get a Manual Reindexing button in their account manager.
You can hit this button immediately after you make a change on your
website. We recommend that you use the offline indexing as the quickest
option. PicoSearch will email you before and after the indexing.
Paying accounts also get a Most Recent Indexing Log feature to monitor
the progress of offline indexing.
Scheduled automatic reindexing is available as a very useful feature to
all paying accounts. You can schedule your search engine to update
itself at a certain hour on a monthly, weekly, daily, or twice weekly
basis. This is excellent for websites that are continually updated by a
working staff, so that the changes can be found on a regular schedule.
